* Kewane Pontoo, 23, listed as transient, on charges of burglary and criminal threatening, 7:30 p.m. Thursday on Elm Street.

Androscoggin County

* Douglas Monson, 46, of 353 Sabattus St., Lewiston, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant charging failure to register as a sex offender, 8:20 p.m. Thursday at that address.

* Quinn Corkum, 18, of 33 Bemis St., Livermore Falls, arrested by Livermore Falls police on a charge of criminal threatening with a firearm, 11:35 p.m. Thursday at that address.

Accidents

Lewiston

* Kimberly Bergeron, 41, of Sabattus, lost control of her SUV and struck a utility pole at 5:37 p.m. Thursday while making a left turn into a parking lot on Main Street. Damage to her 2005 Chevrolet was listed as functional.

* A car driven by Mary LaPlante, 68, of Lewiston, struck a deer at 10:29 a.m. Thursday on College Street. Damage to her 2006 Mercury was listed as functional. The deer ran into the woods.
