PORTLAND — Western Maine natives Bodie Colwell and Patrick Lever have joined the law firm of Preti Flaherty.
Colwell, who grew up in New Sharon, practices as an associate with the firm’s bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and business restructuring group from the Portland office.
Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, she practiced with the business restructuring and insolvency department of another law firm in Portland. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and a graduate of the University of Southern Maine.
Lever, who grew up in Rumford, practices as an associate with the firm’s real estate group, also from the Portland office. He focuses on helping clients with real estate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial lending.
Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, he handled real estate and creditors’ rights matters at another law firm in Portland. He is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and of Colby College.
Preti Flaherty has offices in Portland, Augusta, Concord, N.H., Boston, Mass., and Washington, D.C.
