NEW SHARON — The Cape Cod Hill School ice fishing derby will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at Crowell Pond, Route 41.

Tickets, $5 a person or $20 a family, may be purchased in advance and will be on sale the day of the derby.

Trophies will be given for biggest perch, pickerel, bass and brook trout, and there will be other prizes as well.

The derby will be held regardless of the weather.

All of the funds go to help support student learning at Cape Cod Hill School.
