LEWISTON — Planning Board, 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chamber on the bottom floor of City Hall. The agenda includes reviewing plans for a classroom addition at Farwell Elementary and a public hearing on the board’s proposed changes to the Legacy Lewiston Comprehensive Plan.

AUBURN — City Council workshop and regular meeting in the City Council Chamber on the second floor of Auburn Hall. The workshop begins at 5:30 p.m. and the agenda includes a review of City Council committee meetings. The regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. and includes review of the annual financial report, a report on city fund balances and votes on housing code and solid waste ordinances.

TUESDAY, Feb. 23

AUBURN — Personal Property Forum for local businesses, 1 p.m. The session is designed to help guide business owners and their bookkeepers through the intricacies of state business personal tax filings.

LEWISTON — City Council workshop and a special meeting in the City Council Chamber on the bottom floor of City Hall. The workshop begins at 6 p.m. The agenda includes a presentation by the Bates College Harward Center for Community Partnerships and a review of Franklin Property lots. The special meeting follows and includes three executive sessions to discuss real estate and labor negotiations.

LEWISTON — Public forum: “Safe Routes to School in Lewiston,” 4:30-6:30 p.m., St. Mary’s Nutrition Center, 208 Bates St., for those concerned about walking and biking safely near schools in Lewiston. Agenda includes discussion of challenges and opportunities for creating safe and inviting routes to all Lewiston schools. Sponsored by Bicycle Coalition of Maine, the Maine Safe Routes to School Program and Healthy Androscoggin. Light meal provided by St. Mary’s Nutrition Center Youth Powered Cooking crew.

AUBURN — School Committee workshop and joint meeting with the City Council the City Council Chamber on the second floor of Auburn Hall. The workshop begins at 6 p.m. and topics include a review of the Neighborhood Conversation meetings. The meeting with the City Council begins at 7 p.m.
