WAYNE — JP Devine, columnist for Morning Sentinel and Kennebec Journal, will speak about his new book: “Will Write for Food: True Stories, Half Truths and 3 Lies” at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, in the lower level of the Cary Memorial Library.
Attendees can meet Devine and enjoy tales from his 30 years of writing newspaper columns. Signed copies of his book will be available for purchase.
In addition to his writing career, Devine has also worked as a stand-up comic, so it promises to be a lively afternoon.
Wayne’s Cary Memorial Library is located at 17 Old Winthrop Road, just off Route 133 in downtown Wayne.
