WINTHROP — The Friends of the Cobbossee Watershed will hold its 10th annual Spring Nature Day Camp during school vacation week at the YMCA Camp of Maine on Cobbossee Lake in East Winthrop.

Two two-day sessions will be offered: Tuesday and Wednesday, April 19 and 20, and Thursday and Friday, April 21 and 22. Both sessions are open to children in grades three, four and five and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Included are indoor and outdoor activities focusing on the natural world, including geocaching, fishing, hiking and exploring pond, stream and forest habitats.

Cost for each two-day camp session is $80 per person and includes equipment use and a daily afternoon snack. Early registration is recommended as space is limited. Registration forms can be downloaded at www.watershedfriends.com.
