LEWISTON — Young Professionals of the Lewiston Auburn Area, in conjunction with Central Maine Medical Center, is offering a free workshop titled “Happy Body, Happy Life — Workplace ergonomics, what you can do about it!”

It will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, at Central Maine Medical Center, conference rooms A, B and C, 12 High St., Lewiston.

Professional life can take a physical toll on a person’s body — maybe even more than people realize. Prolonged poor posture and muscle tension can lead to long-term health risks.

Physical therapist Kaitlin Noyes will teach how to incorporate simple posture and stretching adjustments into a daily routine.
