TURNER — SAD 52 Adult and Community Education, 486 Turner Center Road, will offer the ServSafe food protection manager certification course and recertification test.

This is a nationally accredited certification course designed for food service managers, chefs, directors, kitchen managers, dietitians, dietary managers and food service staff. Topics include food handling, HAACP and pest control.

The course is offered from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, April 22, and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 23. The fee of $165 includes textbook and exam.

The recertification exam will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 23, and costs $75.
