What’s on the menu?

Eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes with fresh Maine maple syrup, sweet breads, muffins, fruits, juice and hot beverages.

Who is cooking?

“The (students) are volunteering their time” said chef Dan Caron of The Green Ladle at Lewiston Regional Technical Center. “When I told them what it was for, they were eager to come in and work. They’re starting at 6 a.m.”

What’s the cost?

Tickets are $10 per person at the door.
