LEWISTON — Sandcastle Clinical and Educational Services, 72 Strawberry Ave., will host a 20th Anniversary Celebration from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at its facility. The celebration will include tours of the agency, raffle giveaways, music by Ron Bergeron, a cash bar, hors d’oeuvres and an art show and sale.
