Wicked Illustrations Studio and Gallery, 140 Canal St., Lewiston,  hosts its 8th Annual Student Art Show during the month of May. The show will include works by Wicked Illustrations’ students, as well as K-12 art at students of the Lewiston Public Schools. The opening reception is from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 2.  Honorable mentions and best-in-show will be awarded for three age groups. The event is curated by Melanie Therrien and Kate Cargile. Jurors are Sheri Hollenbeck of Downtown Handmade and Vintage, Joshua Vink of L/A Arts and Jennifer Carlton of the Sun Journal. Snacks and juice will be served.
