Waite was office manager at Cristi DeMarco Acupuncture before graduating in May 2015 from Spa Tech in Westbrook.

Waite utilizes Swedish massage for relaxation, myofascial release, positional release, reflexology and trigger point therapy. She is also a certified Reiki and polarity practitioner.
