TURNER — Rep. Jeff Timberlake of Turner will seek a fourth and final term in the Maine House of Representatives.

Timberlake represents District 75, which includes Turner, Leeds and part of Livermore.

During his time in the House, Timberlake has been an advocate for Maine taxpayers, fighting for lower taxes and a stronger economy.

“During my time serving in the Maine House of Representatives, I have led the charge to reform state government and get Maine back on the right track,” Timberlake said. “I have fought hard to reduce the tax burden on the Maine people, reform welfare, improve the business climate in this state and bring good-paying jobs to Maine. We still have a lot of work to do and I’m up for the challenge.”

Timberlake served on the Appropriations and Financial Affairs Committee in the 127th Legislature after serving on the Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Committee in the past.

He has been a fixture in his community his entire life. He is one of the owners of Ricker Hill Orchards, a former vice chairman of the Turner selectboard and a firefighter for more than three decades.

“It’s been a tremendous honor to serve the people of my community, and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to work tirelessly on behalf of the people in House District 75 and across the entire state of Maine,” Timberlake said.
