BETHEL — The Bethel Inn Resort has announced the promotion of James “Jimmy” Gilleon to club manager at The Bethel Inn Resort.

His responsibilities will include directing the golf shop and retail operations, golf tournaments and member events at the resort.

Gilleon has been around golf his entire life. Since April 2011, he has been living in Bethel, working at Sunday River Golf Club and teaching at The Bethel Inn’s Guaranteed Performance School of Golf.

Also returning this summer is Harry Andrews, head PGA professional and director of instruction at The Guaranteed Performance School of Golf.
