A special concert featuring the local band Hazzyrd will be performed at Fast Breaks, Sunday, June 12,  from 2 to 6 p.m. The benefit is held in memory of the band’s long-time bassist Mike Wise, who passed away earlier this year. Hazzyrd was well known during the ’80s for their authentic Southern rock sound. Joining Hazzyrd are special guests 4Play, Two Other Guys and other surprise performers. There is no cover charge. Donations and proceeds from t-shirt sales will go to the Androscoggin Humane Society, as Wise was an animal lover. Fast Breaks is located at 1465 Lisbon St., Lewiston.
