AUGUSTA (AP) — A virtual high school in Maine has a high-profile virtual commencement speaker.

Sen. Angus King will be addressing the Maine Connections Academy Commencement on Thursday via video. There’s also a speaker who’ll be there in person— million-dollar “Survivor” winner Bob Crowley.

The event is being held in Augusta.

Thirty-eight students make up the second class of graduating seniors from Maine Connections Academy. It’s billed as Maine’s first tuition-free virtual charter school for students in grades seven through 12. The program is funded by the state.
