OXFORD — The Anderson-Staples American Legion and Daddy O’s diner will present the Ted Heiderich Memorial Concert from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, at 169 King St.

This concert is the third of six free concerts this summer, according to Post Commander Randy Jack and Committee member Joseph Casalinova.

Featured will be the sounds of The High Ryder Golden Oldies Show, a five-piece dance band performing all the classic hits of the late 1950’s and early 60’s.

Aaron and Amanda Ouellette and the staff of Daddy O’s will be judging and awarding prizes for the best dressed couple and individual of the 50’s and 60’s, as well as the best dancers.

There will be food and patriotic jewelry, as well as the chance to enter a raffle for a book of lottery scratch tickets.

All proceeds go toward the community and veterans programs of the legion.

Event is rain or shine.
