AUBURN — Connectivity Point Design & Installation announces it has merged with Maine Link Communications, based in Windham.

“Since 2003 we have focused on growing the business, and adding quality team members. As we combine resources with Maine Link, our common focus on customer satisfaction will greatly contribute toward continued growth in our industry,” Doug Watt, president of Connectivity Point, said.

Watt will be president and CEO of the merged companies, which will operate under the Connectivity Point name. Bob Jones, president of Maine Link Communications, will take a leadership role in the operations of the combined companies. Connectivity Point now has 105 employees and nearly 400 customers.

Connectivity Point, headquartered in Auburn, specializes in the installation of infrastructure for voice, data, video and security applications, including network cabling, audio/visual equipment, sound masking/speech privacy, surveillance and security solutions, wireless networks and telephone systems.
