• Peter Files, 51, of 95 Evergreen Drive, Poland, disorderly conduct, 12:42 a.m. Tuesday at that address by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office.

• Peter Snell, 70, of 150 Spring St., Gardiner, operating under the influence, 1:23 p.m. Tuesday on Route 196, Lisbon by Lisbon Police.

• Vehicles driven by Cody Caron, 23, of Chelsea and Andrew Nason, 53, of Auburn collided, 1:53 p.m. Sunday on Center Street. Caron’s 1999 Jeep received functional damage and Nason’s 2014 Hyundai was towed due to disabling damage.

• Vehicles driven by Eileen Johnsen, 75, of Lewiston and Ryan Lavertu, 19, of Greene collided, 8:34 a.m. Monday on Rodman Road. Johnsen’s 2011 Mitsubishi and Lavertu’s 1993 Jeep were towed due to disabled damage.

• A car driven by Stephanie Turmenne, 29, of Lewiston was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene, 6:13 p.m. Thursday, June 9, on East Avenue. Turmenne’s 1998 Honda received functional damage. 

• Vehicles driven by Mark Smart, 25, of Lewiston and Aden Osman, 37, of Lewiston collided, 4:39 p.m. Saturday, June 18, on Lisbon Street. Smart’s 1999 Lincoln and Osman’s 2004 Chevrolet were towed due to disabling damage. 

• Vehicles driven by Michael Dion, 23, of Greene and Claudette Larochelle, 73, of Lewiston collided, 9:39 a.m. Friday, June 24, on Dyer Road. Dion’s 2002 GMC was listed with minor damage and Larochelle’s 2010 Honda was towed due to disabling damage. 

• A car driven by Jodi Thompson, 42, of Auburn was struck by an unknown vehicle, 8:01 a.m. Monday, June 27, on Main Street. Thompson’s 2000 Honda was towed due to disabling damage.

• Vehicles driven by Christopher Lebrun, 41, of Turner and Troy Babb, 51, of New Gloucester collided, 3:41 p.m. Monday, June 27, on Main Street. Lebrun’s 1996 Peterbilt dump truck owned by Gendron and Gendron received functional damage. Babb’s 2005 Ford was towed due to disabling damage. 

• Vehicles driven by Ayok Lual, 31, of Lewiston and Alfonza Brooks, 28, of Lewiston collided, 7:25 p.m. Monday, June 27, on Pine Street. Lual’s 2002 Infiniti and Brooks’ 2007 Audi received functional damage. 

• A car driven by Kristina Asselyn, 24, of Bath collided with pedestrian Carlos Oviedo, 35, of Lewiston 12:23 a.m. Thursday, June 30, on East Avenue. Asselyn’s 2004 Chevrolet was towed due to disabling damage. Oviedo incurred incapacitating injuries. 

• Vehicles driven by Jessica Dyer, 21, of Lewiston and Richard Lion, 72, of Barnstead, N.H., collided, 1:28 p.m. Thursday, June 30, on Main Street. Dyer’s 1998 Subaru and Lion’s 2013 Nissan received functional damage. 

• Vehicles driven by Angela Cummings, 35, of Greene and Robert Mason, 52, of Wales collided, 11:10 p.m. Friday, July 1, on Canal Street. Cummings’ 2006 Jeep was towed due to disabling damage and Mason’s 2003 Ford received functional damage.
