RUMFORD — In order to meet the growing needs of seniors in the River Valley area, the Senior Planning Center will now be offering its services at 65 Lincoln Ave. in Rumford underneath the DMV. Hours will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Tuesday, Aug. 2.

Local agent Tracy Dowland will be on-hand to answer questions and offer advice on the many options clients have regarding topics such as the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), Medicare Advantage, Medicare supplements, Part D prescription drug plans, retirement planning, life insurance and more.

The Senior Planning Center primarily focuses on the needs of seniors, but works with people of all ages. There is no cost for services offered.

In addition to the normal office hours, the Center also offers in-home appointments.
