LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will host the next seminar in its “Mind Your Business, Business Development Series: Seven Essential Sales Skills for Business Owners,” from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, in the Chamber’s conference room at 415 Lisbon St., Lewiston.

Selling is the single-most important skill for a business owner. In this important seminar, attendees will learn some of the most important skills needed to get and close more customers. Presented by Kurk Lalemand, LPBC, from NEXT Level Business Coaching, topics will include:

• The power of calling from the top to the top;

• How to clearly identify an exact target customer;

• How to define the company sales process;

• Designing the three critical scripts needed to initiate and close a sale;
