JAY — Jay Village Water District lifted the boil order Friday afternoon for those customers who were affected by the water break in Jay Village.

Water samples tested at a lab in Augusta were determined to be safe. 

All customers within the Jay Village Water District may now resume normal consumption of water. 

The Water District wishes to express gratitude to all who were inconvenienced by this incident, with special thanks to all who dedicated their time and talents to getting the word out and repairing the damage to the system, and those responsible for testing the town’s water for public safety.
