• Tamisha Nelson, 42, of Norway, theft, 11:03 p.m., July 28 in Norway, Oxford Police Department.

• Paul Tripp, 36, of Oxford, probation violation, 9:45 a.m., July 28 in Paris, Probation and Parole Department.

• Gabriel Wansor, 40, of Porter, failure to pay fines, 3:37 p.m., July 28 in Hiram, Maine State Police.
