NEW VINEYARD — New Vineyard Public Library’s reading group, Let’s Talk Books, will host renowned author Bernd Heinrich at its annual Maine Author’s Night from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, at the New Vineyard Public Library Community Room, 20 Lake St.

Heinrich will discuss his insights into the wonders of the natural world and the books he has written, which continue to engage and enlighten readers of all ages and walks of life.
