POLAND — Denny and Ann Breau with Frank Coffin will perform at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, at All Souls Chapel in Poland Spring.

Guitarist and singer-songwriter Denny Breau is one of Maine’s favorite musical sons, which the state is happy to share with audiences as far away as Louisiana, Wisconsin and Québec, Canada. His mix of country, blues and folk has garnered numerous awards, and in 2004, he was inducted into the Maine Country Music Hall of Fame where he joined his parents, the late Betty Cody and the late Hal Lone Pine.

Ann Breau is an accomplished classical flutist who has performed throughout central Maine. Her virtuosity on the flute allows her to run the gamut of styles from classical to modern to jazz.

Singer-songwriter and bass guitarist Frank Coffin is well-known across Maine. He has toured the East Coast and Europe with many awards to his credit. Frank’s stature as a sideman was recognized by the Maine Country Music Association which presented him with the Fiddling Harold Carter Award.

There will be a free raffle and cookies and punch after the concert.
