* Jesse Davidson, 31, of Fryeburg, domestic violence assault, 1:32 a.m., Aug. 17 in Fryeburg, Fryeburg Police Department.

* Mohamed Ahmed, 34, of Portland, two counts, failure to pay fines, 6:03 p.m., Aug. 17 in Rumford, Rumford Police Department.

* Jesse Coffin, 27, of Hollis, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 10 a.m., Aug. 17 in York, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Elizabeth Frisk, 37, of Rumford, failure to pay fines, 11:13 a.m., Aug. 17 in Rumford, Rumford Police Department.

* Arianne Jeannot, 48, of West Paris, violation of bail conditions and possession of drugs, 7:05 p.m., Aug. 17 in West Paris, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
