Gallery 302, 112 Main St., Bridgton,  welcomes sculptor Anne Alexander as a guest artist through Sept. 16.  A reception will be held, Friday, Aug.26, from 5-7 p.m. A demonstration of clay sculpture by the artist will be held one hour before the reception. Alexander models clay forms that are often abstracted and enlarged as carved works in wood and stone.  The South Windham artist says of her work: “with all of my sculpture, I strive to enhance one’s awareness, appreciation and sense of wonder for the surrounding natural environment.”  Gallery summer hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.,  Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sundays. September hours change after Labor Day to 12 – 5  p.m. on weekdays, and 10 to 5 p.m., on Saturdays and Sundays.
