* Charles Cogley, 35, of Waterville, domestic violence assault with prior conviction, violation of bail condition and obstructing report of a crime, 7:15 p.m., Aug. 22 in Rumford, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Nathan Blodgett, 18, of Mexico, violation of bail conditions and furnishing liquor to a minor, 4:30 a.m., Aug. 23 in Mexico, Mexico Police Department.

* Joshua Brown, 19, of Conway, New Hampshire, operating without a license, 11:39 p.m., Aug. 23 in Fryeburg, Fryeburg Police Department.

* Mitchell Cooper, 42, of Bethel, violation of bail conditions, 4:45 p.m., Aug. 23 in Bethel, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Bruce Crosby, 61, of Chelsea, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, 10:41 a.m., Aug. 23 in Oxford, Oxford Police Department.
