* Dorothy Rose Hardy, 38, of 88 Bartlett St., on a charge of driving with a suspended license, 7:05 p.m. Tuesday at 397 Minot Ave.

* David Bartlett, 59, of 64 Academy St., on a warrant charging possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12, 11:23 p.m. Tuesday at 60 Court St.

Accidents

* Tina M. Olson, 52, of Auburn, lost control of her car and struck several small trees at 8:46 p.m. Sunday on East Shore Drive. The 2005 Nissan, driven by Olson and owned by Michael A. Raymond, of Auburn, was towed.
