AUBURN — Maura Moody was recently hired as unit director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maine’s Auburn/Lewiston Clubhouse.

Moody brings a unique set of skills and experience that will be showcased in this new role. She has strong ties in the Lewiston-Auburn community that were strengthened during her position as public relations manager for the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council. She also brings management skills and experience working with youths from her time at the Family Violence Project and New Beginnings Youth Shelter.

Moody joined the Auburn/Lewiston Clubhouse in July as program director and has already made a mark. She is passionate about the mission, grounded in youth development and enthusiastic about bringing opportunities to children and teens, especially those who need Boys & Girls Clubs the most.
