* Jessica Stuart, 32, of East Wareham, Massachusetts, two counts failure to pay fines, 4:34 p.m., Aug. 30 in Rumford, Rumford Police Department.

* Jeffery Thompson, 51, of Norway, failure to appear, 3:04 p.m., Aug. 30 in Woodstock, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Nicholas Armstrong, 19, of Brownfield, operating under the influence, 2:44 a.m., Sept. 1 in Fryeburg, Fryeburg Police Department.

* Luis Rivera, 31, of Dixfield, violation of bail conditions, 1:10 a.m., Sept. 1 in Rumford, Rumford Police Department.

* Jessica Tapley, 35, of West Paris, theft, 2:30 p.m., Aug. 31 in Oxford, Oxford Police Department.
