BRUNSWICK — The Theater Project will hold open auditions for “Cauldron Bubble” from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, at 14 School St.

Auditions are open to high school age actors, and no preparation is necessary. Those auditioning should arrive ready to read from the script and work in groups.

This comedy by Brian Daly is directed by Putnam Smith.

In this play, a high school student believes he has put the Macbeth curse on his school’s production of “The Scottish Play.” Is he just overreacting? Or is something otherworldly happening?

Rehearsals begin the week of Sept. 19. The play will run Oct. 28 to Nov. 6.
