* Matthew Callaghan, 33, of Porter, possession of drugs, 11 p.m., Sept. 2 in Porter, Maine State Police.

* Arthur Chadwick, 37, no known address, failure to pay fines and violation of a protective order, 10:49 p.m., Sept. 2 in Fryeburg, Fryeburg Police Department.

* Alexandra Detzer, 27, of Cornish, possession of drugs, 11 p.m., Sept. 2 in Porter, Maine State Police.
