PERU — Moon Tide Springs Inc. announces that Carrabassett Spring Water Co. is back in business and bottling its premium spring water in Peru.

Carrabassett Spring Water closed its doors for business in January 2016. One of the original founders of the company, Jim Milligan, negotiated a deal to reacquire the business. Milligan, who had accepted the position of president of Moon Tide Springs Inc., is the new owner/operator.

Carrabassett will be the five-gallon bottling operation for this newly formed company. The former employees are back.

Carrabassett Spring Water Co. will offer its five-gallon and three-gallon products through direct delivery and distributor sales throughout New England. Carrabassett enjoyed a large customer base throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut because of the high quality of its natural, premium, cold, single-source site.
