AUBURN — The Auburn Police Department on Tuesday night issued a Silver Alert for 83-year-old Ralph Libby who had been missing since about 7 p.m.
Police said Libby left his residence on Beech Hill to visit a family member on Empire Road in Poland and never arrived. He was reported to be operating a 2003 blue GMC Sierra pickup, Maine registration plate 8611A.
Libby suffers from dementia and diabetes, according to a news release. He was described as a white male with white hair and blue eyes, and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a red flannel shirt and green work pants.
