* Vehicles driven by Ronald W. Bailey, 81, of Hebron, and Cody R. Miller, 18, of Windham, collided at 8:41 a.m. Wednesday at Center Street and Union Street Bypass. Both vehicles, Bailey’s 1999 Chevrolet and Miller’s 2014 Chevrolet, were towed.
