BRUNSWICK — Maine State Junior Gold Bowlers held its first tournament of the season at Yankee Lanes in Brunswick, Maine, on Saturday, Sept. 17. tHE qualifiers are Shayne MacFarlane (1175 pins for 5 games) and Seth Kolreg (1055 pins) – earning them each a spot in the 2017 Junior Gold Championships in Cleveland, Ohio. This month’s under-20 tournament winner is Shayne MacFarlane, and the under-15 winner is Parker Thibault.

Shayne and Parker are from Lewiston. Seth is from Auburn, and all three of them bowl out of Sparetime Recreation in Lewiston.
