LEWISTON — The Rockin’ Recons will perform a benefit concert from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at Carriage House Plus, 1119 Lisbon St.

Proceeds benefit Maine’s Paper and Heritage Museum in Livermore Falls, and will help fix the leaky roof and paint the mansion.

The Rockin’ Recons are one of four original PAL Hop bands featured in the 1960s. Theirs is a unique mix of six talented musicians with a continuous blend of guitar, keyboard, percussion and strong vocals. The group plays a range of music from the ’50s, ’60s, ’70s and ’80s.

Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased by calling Sherry Judd at 207-592-1807 or Greg Bizier at 207-897-3157.

There will be a cash bar.

Maine’s Paper and Heritage Museum is at 22 Church St., Livermore Falls.
