Veterans Day services are planned Friday, Nov. 11, in Farmington and Wilton. The schedule is:

9 a.m. — Service at Wilton Lions Club on Main Street.

11 a.m. — American Legion Post 28 will hold a wreath-laying ceremony at the World War I memorial on Main Street in Farmington and move to Meetinghouse Park for prayers at memorials in the park.

Noon — Lunch will be served at American Legion Post 28 at High and Middle streets in Farmington. The public is welcome.

1 p.m. — Service at Wal-Mart on Wilton Road, Farmington.
