LEWISTON — The Planning Board will hold a public hearing Monday, Nov. 28, on rezoning 209 Webster St. for a senior housing project.

Louis Ouellette submitted a petition to the City Council to rezone the property from neighborhood conservation A to office residential.

Properties at 151 and 153 East Ave. would also be developed as part of the project. Those properties are zoned office residential. 

The public hearing will allow the Planning Board to give its recommendation to City Council. 

The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council chamber.
