• Nov. 28, 9:54 p.m.: A Knox Street resident reported someone went through his unlocked vehicle and stole sunglasses. Later, it was discovered prescriptions were also taken. Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating.
• Nov. 28, 6:10 p.m.: Michael Lowery, 26, of Rumford was arrested on Falmouth Street on a charge of domestic violence assault. His bail was set at $800 and he is to appear in Rumford District Court at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 12.
• Nov. 28, 3:10 p.m.: A Waldo Street business reported a theft that occurred days prior. Cpl. Lawrence Winson is investigating.
• Nov. 28, 2:09 p.m.: Luis Rivera, 32, Dixfield was arrested on Waldo Street on a warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.
• Nov. 27, 1:30 a.m.: Jeremiah Haws, 42, of Farmingdale was arrested on Veterans Street by Patrolman Lawrence Briggs on a charge of criminal operating while under the influence. Haws was released on $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 9.
• Nov. 26, 8:02 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to Falmouth Street for a male shooting at a transformer with a BB gun. A 17-year-old Rumford male was arrested by Cpl. Winson on a charge of refusal to submit to arrest. Male was transported to Long Creek Youth Development Center in South Portland.
• Nov. 24, 11:54 a.m.: Dustin Roberge, 20, of Rumford was arrested on Erchles Street by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on a charge of failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge and refusing to submit charge. Roberge was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
• Nov. 24, 12:11 a.m.: Russell E. Mitchell, 55, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release. He was transported to the Oxford County Jail. His court date is Jan. 9.
• Nov. 23, 12:13 p.m.: Nicole Waas, 31, of Buckfield was arrested on Waldo Street by Sgt. Doug Maifeld on charges of theft, violation of conditions of release and operating after suspension (habitual offender). Waas posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford Unified Court on Jan. 9.
