Lanister is the Cat of the Week at the Franklin County Animal Shelter in Farmington. Lanister is a loveable and playful 6- to 7-year-old. He is FIV-positive and requires a home without other cats or one that has other FIV-positive cats. Lanister and other pets may be visited at the shelter from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays at 550 Industry Road. Cats and dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption and have been vaccinated for rabies, treated for fleas, microchipped and have had nail trims.
