• Dec. 3, 10:04 p.m.: Terri Kellner, 50, formerly of Portland and now homeless, charged with criminal trespassing and failure to submit to arrest and detention. She was transported to the Oxford County Jail and released on bail. Hodsdon said police received a complaint about Kellner living in a tent off the Roxbury Road behind the former Waleik’s Store.
Officer Dean Benson found her there, and when he told her she was trespassing and needed to leave, she went into the tent and refused to come out. When the officer tried to unzip the tent, Hodsdon said Kellner tried to attack Benson and Dixfield Police Officer Dustin Broughton, who was assisting.
They arrested her, removed the tent and belongings that day, eventually returning them to her.
