• Dec. 22, 12:45 a.m.: John E. Beardsley, 44, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. He was transported directly to the jail. Court date is Feb. 13.

• Dec. 21, 3:07 p.m.: A 17-year-old Mexico resident was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection from abuse order. The juvenile was released to a case worker and is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court at 11 a.m. Feb. 27.

• Dec. 21, 2:18 p.m.: Sarah Michaud, 32, of Waterville was arrested on a charge of theft (shoplifting) by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Waldo Street. Michaud posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford Unified Court Feb. 13.

• Dec. 21, 2:45 a.m.: David Allen, 42, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault and transported to Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford court at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 9.

• Dec. 16, 8:55 a.m.: Joseph Tracy, 29, of Dixfield was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection from abuse order on Congress Street. He was transported to Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 13.
