AUBURN — Auditions for “The Vagina Monologues” will be held on Sunday, Jan. 8 and Monday, Jan. 9,  from 7 to 8 p.m. at First Universalist Church of Auburn, 169 Pleasant St.  To request an alternate day or time, contact 783-0461 or [email protected].

 

The ‘Monologues’ is presented in celebration of V-Day aUbUrn 2017, Feb. 25 and 26, honoring the right of women and girls to live free from fear of violence.  Proceeds will benefit local partners working against domestic violence.

Audition material will be provided.  Monologues will be read and need not be memorized.  There will be minimal rehearsal time with the director.

 Due to adult content, participants must be 16-plus.  Only women, or those who identify as females, may audition, but anyone may help out with the production.
