AUBURN — A Livermore Falls man was ordered Friday to spend six months in jail after admitting to his role in a November robbery.
Duane Hanson, 27, pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery in an arrangement Thursday. In exchange, a count of robbery was dropped, according to court documents.
Hanson is accused of taking part in the assault of a 36-year-old man at a home on Church Street on Nov. 16 in order to steal cash and marijuana.
The victim received six stitches for a gash on his head as the result of the attack, police said. He was able to identify Hanson as one of the people who robbed him.
Felicia Jewell, 29, who lives at the Church Street home where the robbery occurred, was indicted Thursday by a grand jury on charges of robbery, conspiracy and theft.
Jewell has been summoned to appear in court to answer the charges.
