• Justice Belanger, 19, of 25 Howe St., on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a scheduled drug, 6:50 p.m. Thursday at 77 Sabattus St. by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.

• Carlton Enos, 25, of 1434 River Road, Livermore, on warrants and on a charge of being a fugitive from justice, 4:35 p.m. Friday on Route 4 in Turner by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office.
