• Adam Smith, 30, of 52 Main St., Richmond, on charges of gross sexual assault and criminal threatening, 7:50 p.m. Wednesday at 2879 Hotel Road, Auburn.

• Carey Mathis, 50, of 215 Ash St., on a charge of domestic assault, 10:12 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Joseph Toner, 30, of 70 Howe St., on charges of driving with a suspended license and eluding police, 8:30 a.m. Thursday on Park Street.

• Malik Hollis, 21, of 81 Broad St., Auburn, on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, 2:50 p.m. Thursday on Walnut Street.

Androscoggin County

• Gilles Poulin, 37, of Lisbon, arrested by Lisbon police on charges of criminal mischief and assault and on a probation hold, 1:04 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Lewiston.

• Blong Vue, 39, of 14 Olive St., Auburn, arrested by Sabattus police on a charge of driving with a suspended license, 12:03 a.m. Thursday on Cedar St., Lewiston.

Accidents

Auburn

• Scott Lozis, 35, of Auburn lost control of his car and struck a utility pole at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday on the rotary at Washington Street and Minot Avenue. His 2005 Chevrolet was towed.

• Ethan D. Davidson, 25, of Oxford, lost control of the pickup truck he was driving and skidded into a tree at 2:46 p.m. Wednesday on Youngs Corner Road. The 2012 Dodge, owned by Pratt & Son, of Mechanic Falls, was towed.

• Vehicles driven by Betty L. Lebel, 68, of Sabattus, and David M. Gaudreau, 65, of South Portland, collided at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday on Court Street. Lebel’s 2012 Honda was towed. Damage to the 2007 Ford pickup, driven by Gaudreau and owned by Swans Wilbert Vault Co., was listed as minor.
