ALBERT — The Rev. Fr. Claude J., 79, of Saco died Thursday, Jan. 19. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Reception of the Body and Liturgy of the Hours celebrating the Office for the Dead on Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 3 p.m. at Holy Spirit Parish/St. Martha’s Catholic Church, Route 1, Kennebunk. Following the prayers, the Rev. Fr. Albert will lie in state at the church until 7 p.m. A concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 11 a.m. at St. Martha’s Church with The Most Rev. Robert P. Deeley, JCD as principle celebrant. Spring burial will be in St. Agatha. Memorial donations in the Rev. Fr. Albert’s memory may be made to St. Martha’s Church or the Diocesan Priests Pension. Arrangements are in care of Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer St., Kennebunk.

BRACKLEY — Dennis S., of New Gloucester passed away Friday, Jan. 13. A Celebration of Life will be open to the public Sunday, Jan. 29, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Legion Post No. 86, 15 Lewiston Road, Gray.

GOAD — Gavin W., 4, of Lewiston gained his wings Saturday, Jan. 14. A Celebration of Life will be open to the public Sunday, Jan. 29, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Legion Post No. 86, 15 Lewiston Road, Gray.

MERCIER — George W., 66, of Monmouth, passed away Thursday, Jan. 19. There will be a graveside service in the spring. Arrangements by Affordable Cremation Solution LLC, Auburn.

MOORE — Sally Y., 82, of Lewiston passed away Thursday, Jan. 19. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, Jan. 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St., Lewiston. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, Jan. 26, at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, 16 Ste. Croix St., Lewiston. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Switzerland Road, Lewiston.

MULKERN — Muriel R., 101, of Windham, passed away Thursday, Jan. 19. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, Jan. 25, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 172 State St., Portland. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home Thursday, Jan. 26, at 9:15 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, corner of Mellen and Sherman Street, Portland. Burial will be at a later date in Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Augusta. ROBERT — Laurette C., 85, of Lewiston passed away Monday, Jan. 16. There will be a celebration of Laurette’s life later in the summer. She will be interred at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Visitation 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, at the funeral home. Members of the military organizations will meet at 5:45 p.m. Interment at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Livermore Falls. A graveside service and interment will be held in the spring at Moose Hill Cemetery, 31 Record Road, Livermore Falls. WELCH — James J., 75, of Lewiston died Friday, Jan. 20. A memorial gathering celebrating James’ life will be held Friday, Jan. 27, at Fortin\Lewiston from noon to 2 p.m. Burial will be at the family cemetery in Cornish at a later date.
