RUMFORD — Funny folks will have a chance to test their comedy chops at an open mic night for comedians, Saturday, Feb. 4, at 49 Franklin’s Mystic Theater. First timers, beginners and advanced jokesters are welcome to sign up ahead of time, but you may also sign up the night of the show.

Grassette has several local people signed up and there’s room for more. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for social, seating and a pub-style menu and the show starts at 8 p.m.  A podium will be provided if anyone is need of having notes nearby.
